Diagnosing Dyslexia
May not always require an extremely expensive assessment
I have been working on creating a protocol for diagnosing dyslexia in very straightforward cases. The fee will be less than half of my usual rate for psychoeducational assessment. It is ONLY suitable for certain students . At this point, the process may be of interest to parents of students who are 1) getting intervention, 2) who are well behind age/grade peers, 3) who have no other significant needs/complications, and 4) just need a formal diagnosis of dyslexia when it’s already strongly suspected.
